    For tenant find only, we pay a thank you fee for every property we take on via your agency, which is allowable under the tenant fees ban as we are not a tenant on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. As with fully-managed properties, we will act as your tenants, providing you with a reliable and low-risk source of income.
